I spend my days teaching my children the fine art of mud puddle jumping, pondering chaos theory, painting, and searching for the perfect modern metaphor for Life, The Universe and Everything. </I></div> <div> <I>It is a very satisfying life. </I></div> <div> <I>My obsession is to create art that coyly ropes you in with alluring visuals then, once it has your attention, tells you odd and outlandish stories and poses sometimes uncomfortable questions. </I></div> <div> <I>This is not always true; sometimes I am just painting to amuse myself. </I></div> <div> <I>I like odd juxtapositions, weird dichotomies, things that will shake people out of their slumber. Many of the paintings that carry the most profound ideas are tricked out in whimsical imagery and frivolous stripes.
